Grit rating*: Light. *Dr. Squatch rate the exfoliating level of their bars with a Grit rating! Exfoliating can be an important part of your shower routine - scrubbing away those pesky dead cells, along with any dirt and grime, will help your skin moisturise better, unclog pores, and reduce the likelihood of breakouts and acne. If you want to actively remove dead, dry skin, go for a soap that also acts as a scrub. But if you’ve got sensitive skin, stick with a smooth and soft bar like Fresh Falls and Cool Fresh Aloe!

Use like a normal soap. Lather up under the shower or in the bath, either in your hands or with a sponge or . Once a bubbly lather quickly appears, apply and rinse off. If you get in your eyes rinse off with clear water.
