Ingredients: Hemp Extract, Coconut Oil, Shea butter, Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E, (Lavender Essential Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil.) (Peppermint essential oil,  Eucalyptus essential oil)

How to Use it:

Rub a small amount to the affected area of the body. Warm with your fingers then massage until absorbed into the skin. Apply 1-3 times a day.
